There are no membership dues for AAS events. Pre-reg registration is through Motorsportreg.com (MSR) and standard event waivers are electronic through SpeedWaiver. Entry fees will be $70 per event and payable on-site at check-in – we do not do online payments. We take exact cash or check, no credit cards. All entrants are required to have an valid drivers license.
Events at this time are pre-reg registration and no on-site registration.
Check-in and payment is usually from 7:30am to 9:00am and 11:30am to 12:30pm, the event start time is usually ~9:00am. Check-in times may vary if we only have a three run group event – in which case check-in is ONLY 7:30am to 9:30am.
We will plan to give everyone 5 runs as long as time permits. You must work your assigned run-group.
If you are over 65 we would still like you to work. We will have low impact positions for you to work, please let the registration team know that you are 65 or over and require one of these positions.
Special Driver/Rider Minor Waiver Forms – these are not the same waiver as the entrance waiver. Any competitors under the age of 18 years of age MUST have special minors parent consent form and minor’s assumption of risk form on file with AAS. Each event a new form is required! To acquire these forms, please ask at registration or see an event official. Parents must be present in order to fill out the minor parent consent form. These are an additional waiver forms that need to be filled out, they are not the waiver form that is signed when arriving at the site. Minors with only a permit can drive in the event, however they need to have their legal guardian in the car with them – no exceptions. Only minors that are driving at the event can be a passenger – if they are not participating at the event they cannot be a passenger.
If anyone violates the rules, we are required to ban you from all future events. This rule is part of the terms and conditions of the event insurance policy.
